I have been in Business since 1999 and have loved every minute of it.

 

I started my practice in Essex Vermont and had a successful rewarding practice.  I decided after moving to Waterville to begin my life time dream of working out of my home.  I now have a lovely studio that looks out of the Lamoille River. My clients tell me just coming into the studio they start to relax. In fact, most of my Essex clients are coming to Waterville now!

 

I offer Deep tissue, Trigger point, Effleurage, and Swedish modalities.  I also offer an add on of Hot Pack treatments.  That entails  applying hot packs to your back, neck or wherever you may need them after the massage to help the oils go further into your muscles creating a deeper sense of relaxation. (Plus some extra down time).
